About 16 days ago Our Webmail IP is blacklisted by Microsoft, which might result in receiving bounce back messages when sending to Outlook, Hotmail, etc. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the caused inconvenience. Our Cloud engineers already requested a de-list. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately the IP is still blacklisted by Microsoft and we are working closely with their support in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
