On our Cloud hosting platform, we keep daily file backups for up to 30 days and these are available to restore in the control panel at control.gridhost.co.uk.
In order to rollback a backup of the website's files, you would need to login to your Cloud hosting control panel and then select 'Manage websites' on the website you would like to perform a restore on.
After that, you can select the "File Rollback" option under Basic Management tools.
* Our backups are intended as a convenience service and are not guaranteed or intended to replace your backup procedures. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a backup of all your important data.
Once you have selected this icon, you can pick the desired date from the drop-down menu.
Once you have selected that, you should clic the "Restore Snapshot" button to begin the restoration process.
You will then see it under 'Previous rollbacks' with Pending status until it completes.
Please note that rollbacks for larger sites might take longer.
