Error CodeDescription
NDD_1101 Invalid license for Direct Debit payment method. Please contact support or try another payment method.
NDD_1102 License expired for Direct Debit payment method. Please contact support or try another payment method.
NDD_1103 License suspended for Direct Debit payment method. Please contact support or try another payment method.
NDD_1104 Unknown license status for Direct Debit payment method. Please contact support or try another payment method.
NDD_1105 Unknown problem occured while validating license for Direct Debit payment method. Please contact support or try another payment method.
NDD_1106 License key is not configured for Direct Debit payment method. Please contact support or try another payment method.
NDD_1107 This error code means some Validation is failed on GoCardless verification. It may be one of the below mentioned reasons,
  • The access token configured for Direct Debit payment method may be wrong.
  • The redirect URL configured may not be a HTTPS URL. It must be a HTTPS URL for production.
